Doctoral Programme in Polish

Cracow University of Economics offers 3-year /6-semester/ full-time and part-time PhD programmes in Polish.
These programes are conducted by:
• Economics and International Relations Faculty
• Finance Faculty
• Management Faculty
• Commodity Science Faculty

Each PhD programme has a supervisor  who is nominated from the academic staff.

PhD students may benefit from a number of financial aid schemes: PhD grants /exclusively for full-time students/, grants for student achievements and social grants. Information on the admission procedures, carried out once a year, is available on the university's website. Part-time students attend classes on Saturdays, full-time students - from Monday to Thursday. Classes are conducted by CUE scientific workers. PhD programme plans and syllabuses are prepared by the scientific council. All first year students attend a unified programme. After completing the first semester students should choose their tutors. Students should receive credits for each semester. PhD qualifying procedures are carried out by the Councils of the following Faculties: Economics and International Relations, Finance, Commodity Science, and Management. Such procedures are offered free of charge.
